How to Use
- Wrap the cuff around the left upper arm, on the side closer to the heart
- Position the lower edge of the cuff approximately 2–3 cm above the elbow crease
- Align the air tube or positioning mark with the center of the inner arm
- Secure the Velcro strap so that the cuff fits snugly without being too tight or too loose. You should be able to insert approximately 1–2 fingers between the cuff and the arm
